ORDERING PROCEDURE

For a combined print and electronic subscription, send payment to:

Once SNM has received payment, you will begin receiving the print journal within 6 to 8 weeks, and you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to JNM or JNMT Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number (included with the letter)
